I have insomnia and was not really buying what they were selling me here. My mind goes on for hours and by the time you know it it's already morning and time to start my day all over again without sleep no less. Well I used one pump as instructed in my inner wrist and rubbed the remaining about in my wrist. I would say within an hour I begin to feel sleepy. One pump equals 3mg.
